Return and Refund Policy
At Laprea Education Inc., we are committed to delivering only the highest quality products straight to your door. We understand however, that unforeseen situations may occur and you may wish to return your items back to Laprea Education Inc.
Unused products purchased at https://www.developingdecoders.com/, in like new condition may be returned in its original or equal quality packaging within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
If you require a return due to our error or a manufacturer’s error such as a duplicate order, duplicate item or an incorrect item, we will pay any return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.
If for any other reason, an item is being returned within 30 days, you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee.
Most items that have been returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned items must be in like new condition, free of markings, writing, stamping, or shelf-worn appearance.
All items may be returned via the least expensive carrier (use of tracking numbers is recommended).
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs for ANY item(s) purchased will not be refunded if returned for any reason, regardless of free shipping offer.

Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item
If your product has any damages, incorrect items, missing pages or is defective in any way, you must provide us with the following for us to replace or issue store credit if out of stock.
Guided Readers, Inc. DOES NOT issue refunds for damages, defective or broken items- only replacement of product or store credit. All damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of product. Reports of claims of damages after 30 days are null and void.
Damaged Items
All damaged replacements will be submitted to FedEx, UPS or USPS for a claim so we will need the following in order to replace your product:
- Photo of the shipping box
- Photo of the inside box
- Photo of the damaged items
- How many damaged items
- copy of the order or order number or name used to order
- confirmation of shipping address
Without the above, we cannot process your claim for damaged items.
Defective Products
In order to replace defective items a claim must be made within 30 days of purchase. In addition we will need a description, pictures and a video of the item BEFORE we can issue a replacement.
Once our Quality Assurance team reviews the image/videos and description of the damage, we'll issue a replacement order.
Any claims made after 30 days requesting replacement or refunds will not be processed.
